Root Canal

More than 15 million teeth receive root canal therapy each year. Root canal treatment or endodontic treatment treats the inside of the tooth, called the pulp.

Apicoectomy

When inflammation or infection persists in the bony area around the end of your tooth after a root canal procedure, an apicoectomy may need to be performed.

Endodontic Retreatment

In some cases, a tooth that has received root canal treatment fails to heal. Occasionally, the tooth becomes painful or diseased months or even years after successful treatment.
